Marcy is the founder of Atzmi, a nonprofit supporting the mental health of frum adolescent girls. She offers programs enhancing self-compassion, self-esteem, and body image while providing tools to prevent eating disorders. Marcy conducts workshops for parents and educators and offers direct support in eating disorder prevention. Additionally, she consults with schools, mental health professionals, and parents and is the author of the upcoming book "How Can I Help My Daughter? A Mother’s Guide to Nurturing Her Daughter’s Best Self" (Mosaica Press).
